28 January 2020, London – SRI has significantly strengthened its sports practice globally with a transatlantic partner relocation and three new hires.
SRI Partner Paul Chidley has relocated from London to Los Angeles
Paul has been a key member of SRI’s European leadership team, responsible for growing the business to become the premier executive search and talent consulting firm across the converging industries of media, entertainment and sport. Paul has been responsible for developing deep and trusted client relationships with global clients. He is a market leader in identifying, hiring and consulting in relation to sport, with a particular focus on commercial leadership and talent, and is renowned for uncovering ‘out-of-sector’ talent to drive clients’ growth.
Paul is relocating to Los Angeles to bolster SRI’s existing business and further strengthen the firm’s North American capability in sport. Paul will be joining New York based Glenn Horine to offer clients and candidates even greater coverage in North America. The Cheyenne Group and SRI combined in 2017 to create a unique capability that offers our clients unparalleled experience in the media/content, technology and sports sectors along with global reach and access to top talent worldwide.

Adam Judd joins SRI as Senior Consultant in London
SRI has appointed Adam Judd to focus on the continued expansion of the firm’s leading global sports practice. He will be based in London.
Adam joins SRI as a Senior Consultant. Adam has over 15 years’ executive search experience, the last 11 of which had an explicit focus on the business of sport. He has worked for clients including Arsenal, IMG, PGA European Tour, International Tennis Federation, Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Eurosport & West Ham.
Alice Walden-Jones and Josh Taylor join SRI as Consultants in London
Alice Walden-Jones joins SRI having spent four years working in executive search, with a focus on sport, media and entertainment. Prior to that, Alice was an Account Manager with media agency Carat UK and a Senior Account Manager with marketing and advertising agency Cherry London.
Josh Taylor joins SRI as a consultant having relocated from an executive search firm in Melbourne. Previously Josh was a Sales Manager at GLL, a Leisure provider in the UK.
