UK Coaching appoints four new members to its Board

3  February, London – The UK’s lead agency for coaching, UK Coaching, has announced the appointment of four new Non-Executive Directors to its Board, following a search by SRI.

Michelle Bramley, Rosie Ranganathan, Jo Stent and Deborah Vickers have all joined the Board of Directors, with deep expertise in complementary sectors. Each have joined the Board equipped with a variety of skills from different technical backgrounds.

Michelle Bramley has over 30 years’ experience in a range of legal and senior management roles, and is also skilled in operational management, including digital transformation and innovation delivery.

Rosie Ranganathan is a human resource specialist and began her career in the music industry before moving into sport. Rosie is passionate about inclusion and diversity, and champions this in her work in the ECB’s inclusion and diversity strategy.

Jo Stent is the Chief Financial Officer of the European Tour group and managing Partner of Ryder Cup Europe. Jo’s primary focus is driving growth through innovation and change management.

Deborah Vickers is a comparison site expert, with 15 years’ experience in technology and finance. Deborah’s experience with launching numerous start-up telecoms/finance companies has equipped her with significant expertise in growing brands, financial planning, product expansion and strategic direction.
