SRI bolster Consulting Practice partnering with experienced talent consultants

1 Feb 2022, London – SRI, the global executive search and talent consulting firm, today announced its continued expansion with three consulting experts to act as Associates supporting significant consulting projects across the converging entertainment-tech-lifestyle industries.

Dylan Nicholson, Penny Illston and Gabi Harrison further strengthen the company’s commitment to scaling its consulting practice and will increase the breadth and depth of solutions and expertise.

“Since formally launching SRI’s Consulting Practice in 2020, we have seen an increase in demand for contemporary consulting services combining functional experience with deep industry knowledge and experience,” said Helen Soulsby, MD of SRI Consulting. “We are now working with a range of clients across multiple industries to ensure their talent strategy is truly ‘Future Ready’. Gabi, Dylan and Penny are strong assets to our team and will enable us to add significant value to more clients in 2022 and beyond.”

New SRI Associates:

  • Dylan Nicholson partners with SRI to deliver Talent Strategy and Organisation Design & Development projects. ​Dylan has worked internationally with companies from a broad range of sectors including digital, data, technology, marketing & advertising and media. He was Chief HR Officer for WPP EMEA for 10 years, leading the People team who supported a highly matrixed organisation across the Group, Agencies and specialist Business Units. ​Dylan is also a qualified Executive Coach, Chartered MCIPD practitioner and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Penny Illston partners with SRI to deliver Organisation Design, Talent Strategy and Culture Change projects. Penny is a proven HR Leader with experience working with corporates, SMEs and individuals on supporting them to deliver better results through change.​ She previously worked with Kingfisher group, TJX Europe (TK Maxx), STA Travel, British Airways and British Gas, in senior and Board HR roles. Penny has an MA in Organisation Development, an Executive Coaching qualification from Henley Business School and an IPD accreditation.
  • Gabi Harrison partners with SRI to deliver executive assessment and coaching services through her own independent business. Gabi began her career in 2003 as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Most recently she was at MWM Consulting, a Board consulting and executive search boutique in London. As a coach, she is Meyler-Campbell trained and combines her natural empathy with strong business insight allowing her to work effectively across a broad range of commercial contexts. She is also a Hogan accredited practitioner.
